How to use Flaxseed Oil for Consumption?

It is to be noted that flaxseed oil should not be cooked/heated since it has a low smoke point

One table spoon of flaxseed oil can be added to smoothies/shakes or can also be consumed directly. Can be used for preparing dips/sauces and salad dressing.

· Conditioning: Add one cup water with 2 table spoons of flaxseed oil, shake it well before each use since oil and water don’t mix. Spray this on all parts of your hair then comb thoroughly.
